Derr Apartments were founded in 1925 with the rental of a historic property located on top of Mansion Hill. The property is now listed as historic by the Madison Landmarks Commision.

We currently have 6 locations, all in the downtown/University area. Our staff includes 5 people providing all services from maintenance, grounds, resident services and office support. Our rental office at 507 West Wilson Street, Madison WI is the hub of our business activities. Call or stop by the rental office for assistance or questions with renting, maintenance, parking needs or just to say hello.

Upon request, we will forward you a brochure describing our services, unsolicited letters of recommendation, applications and sample leases for your review. Please browse our web site.
