• *Maintenance tip of the month: *Be sure to close all windows when you are not home, storm and rain damage inside your apartment is your responsibility!
• *Parking Policy:* All cars must have a permit displayed at all times. Guests must use municipal parking.
• *Recycling Information:* If your are a resident of 507 W. Wilson Street, 515 W. Wilson Street the garbage and recycling is contracted to Waste Management. Their current recycling guidelindes can be seen here.
• If you are a resident at 519 W. Wilson Street, 114 S. Bedford Street, 120 S. Bassett Street the garbage and recycling is handled by the City of Madison municipal services. Their current guidelines can be viewed here.
